Four steps to a live portfolio tracker.
Click Copy Template to Google Drive above. Google will open the sheet and prompt you to save a copy — click Make a copy.
If you haven't already, install the free CryptoTrackPro add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace and authorize it.
Fill in your Holdings (how many coins you own) and Avg Buy Price (what you paid per coin) for each row. The blue columns are your input cells.
Click Extensions → CryptoTrackPro → Refresh Data to fetch live prices. All P&L values and the summary row update instantly.
Know what each column does at a glance.

Yes. The template itself is completely free. Live prices require the CryptoTrackPro add-on — which also has a free plan (50 refreshes/day). You only need a paid plan if you refresh prices more than 50 times per day.
Absolutely. Replace any ticker in column C with the symbol you want (e.g. PEPE, WIF, INJ). The formula automatically appends -USD and fetches the price. CryptoTrackPro supports 1,000+ coins.
Yes. Change the ticker column to include the full pair — for example enter ETH-EUR or SOL-BTC and edit the formula in column F accordingly to reference the full pair instead of appending -USD.
Yes. When you make a copy, the spreadsheet lives entirely in your Google Drive. CryptoTrackPro only sends ticker symbols to fetch prices — it never reads your holdings, balances, or any other cell data.
