By installing or using CryptoTrackPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have a valid Google account to access CryptoTrackPro. Your subscription is linked to your Google account email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
CryptoTrackPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Each subscription tier includes a daily API call limit:
Daily limits reset at 12:00 AM US Central Time (CST). Unused calls do not carry over to the next day.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You must use the same Google account email for your subscription as you use in Google Sheets.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partially used billing cycles.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Prices are sourced from third-party data providers and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. CryptoTrackPro is not responsible for trading decisions made based on prices obtained through the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prices will be accurate or complete. CryptoTrackPro does not provide financial advice.
CryptoTrackPro's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon continued use of the service. We will notify users of material changes by email where practical.
